We skip the fluff and focus purely on the logistics: which train ticket to buy, where the bus stop is hidden, how much it actually costs, and how to avoid local transit scams.
Who is Behind the Blog?
Over the years of travelling between cities around the world, I realised that the most stressful part of any trip is often the very first stretch from the airport to the hotel. A missed train connection, unclear signage, or an unexpected taxi fare can easily take the shine off an otherwise exciting arrival.
I’m Chris, and after experiencing a few too many of those frustrating starts, I began documenting my own journeys more intentionally. I started mapping routes, noting ticket prices, and breaking down the practical details that are often missing from official sources. Some of the places I’ve written about are cities I’ve already visited, while others are destinations I’m planning to explore, where I’m gathering honest, real-world information in advance to make future travel smoother.
This blog naturally grew from that habit, with the aim of creating clear, visual guides that help other travellers confidently handle that “last mile” from airport to accommodation, without unnecessary stress or surprises.
